Now that you have applied, have a look at this page where you can find information about what to expect next. We cannot give you any specific dates about when you will hear from us next, but at least you will get an idea of what to expect from the process.
Our recruitment process

Our recruitment process includes a number of steps, which are structured to be as convenient and transparent for you as possible.
We handle all incoming applications equally and with respect. Our competent recruitment team will read your application thoroughly and let you know whether you will be called in for an interview.
This is how we handle your application
Evaluating your application
Our recruitment team will review your application in collaboration with the hiring manager. They will determine whether your competences, education, and motivation match the job requirements. If they decide to invite you for an interview, they will contact you via email or phone.
When will you hear from us?
We do our best to get back to you as soon as possible, and sometimes you will even hear from us before the application deadline. However, the exact day is not only determined by the number of applications we receive, but also our dedication to review all applications thoroughly. Nonetheless, we usually aim to get back to you no later than three weeks after the application deadline.
How will we contact you?
In case you are invited for an interview, we will reach out to you by email or phone, so please keep an eye on both. If we decide to move forward with other applicants than you, we will send you an email.
If you make it through to interviews in Denmark
At the first interview, we will introduce you to KMD and your future role. You will have the opportunity to tell us how you would like to contribute to the role and elaborate on your motivation for joining us. The most important thing is that we get to know you and you get to know us. When inviting you for the interview, we will let you know who will be present. Duration: 45-60 minutes.
At the second interview, we will go into depths with the role and the team you will be part of. Prior to this interview, we will ask you to complete a cognitive test as well as a case and/or a behavioral test. At this interview, you will meet a recruitment partner and the hiring manager and perhaps also future colleagues. Duration: 60-90 minutes.
Meeting your manager’s manager
As a part of your 2nd interview, or alternatively as a 3rd interview, you will be introduced to your manager's manager. Here, you will have the opportunity to ask all of your final questions about KMD and your specific business area.
Tests & cases
In most occasions we use a cognitive test as a part of the second interview, and in some occasions, a behavioral test as well. Depending on the type of position, you might also experience that a case will be included for the 2nd interview. In all occasions you will receive information about test/case and its scope and purpose by the Recruitment Partner responsible for the process.
Preparing for the interview:
- First, we encourage you to acquaint yourself with KMD and the products you will get to work with in the job. - Remember that the interviews are also your opportunity to get to know us better, so make sure to bring all the questions you might have. - As the right match is both a question of personality and competencies - prepare for a talk that focuses on both - Lastly, if you have any questions before the interview, please feel free to reach - out to us.
